Classified by Material
Pure zirconium flange: made of high-purity zirconium metal, with the best corrosion resistance and nuclear performance, commonly used in the nuclear and electronic industries with extremely high purity requirements.
Zirconium alloy flange: an alloy flange made by adding other elements such as niobium, tin, iron, etc. to zirconium. These alloys can improve certain properties of zirconium, such as increasing strength, creep resistance, etc., to meet the special needs of different industries. For example, Zr-2.5Nb alloy flanges are commonly used in high-temperature and high-pressure water conservancy and chemical industries.
Classified by connection method
Welded flange: Connected to pipelines or equipment by welding, this connection method has good sealing and high strength, and is suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature pipeline systems. Welded flanges can be divided into butt welding flanges, flat welding flanges, etc.
Bolt connection flange: The flange is fixed to the pipeline or equipment through bolts and nuts. This connection method is easy to install and disassemble and is suitable for equipment that requires frequent maintenance and repair. Bolt connected flanges include loose flanges, integral flanges, etc.
